

Since 2003, Ms. Hargrove has owned and operated the Hargrove Law Firm, which specializes in personal injury and wrongful death cases, estate and probate law, adult and minor guardianships, adoptions, contract and employment law, and general civil litigation cases. Since 1998, Ms. Hargrove has served as the Attorney for the Fulton County Grievance Review Committee, the Board responsible for resolving all Fulton County employee grievances. In 2005, Ms. Hargrove also served as the Interim Attorney for the Fulton County Personnel Board. In addition to the practice of law, Ms. Hargrove participates in private lectures addressing estate, probate and fiduciary law issues.
Ms. Hargrove is licensed to practice in all Georgia Superior and State Courts, the United States District Court-Northern District of Georgia, the Court of Appeals of the State of Georgia, and the Supreme Court of the State of Georgia. She is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and a member of the Fiduciary Law Section.
Prior to establishing the Hargrove Law Firm, Ms. Hargrove practiced as an Associate Attorney at the law firm of Biggins & Associates. During her six-year tenure at Biggins & Associates, Ms. Hargroves practice areas included adoptions, personal injury, state and federal criminal cases, government law, employment law, and general civil litigation. Ms. Hargrove also handled litigation cases for Hancock County, Georgia and she frequently served as the Attorney for the Fulton County Personnel Board in Attorney Franklin Biggins absence.
From 1998 to 2001, Ms. Hargrove also owned and operated Hargrove Management, a sports management company that represented professional woman basketball players in WNBA and overseas contract negotiations. During that time, Ms. Hargrove served as the Vice Chair of Sports for the Entertainment & Sports Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia and she was a frequent lecturer at legal seminars addressing entertainment and sports law issues.
Ms. Hargrove was born in Morristown,
New Jersey, raised in Unionville, Pennsylvania and she has resided in Atlanta,
Georgia for fifteen years.
